Extra Large Women and Health

What do you think when you hear x in front of word? I think large. Most people would agree that the x-factor describes more than average. Are extra-large women healthy? I think that depends on how they wear it.

The average size woman has all the same body parts as the XL woman. The average woman has the same health issues to face. The size of a woman does matter to the people who love her. She is facing the same struggles as any other woman. The women I know who have put their health first are willing to share what they do to keep on top of their health. Weight, depression, cholesterol, diabetes, and cancer are just some of the problems women face. The fact is you need to prepare your body for your life.
So here you are facing one of these issues what do you do? There is no magic pill; the quick fix for extra weight could be surgery. Diets don't work. What about diabetes, or high cholesterol? Will the surgery or pills fix that too? What are the risks? For me death is a price to high to pay. The other solution is to change your life style. The women I know come in all sizes and yes we have the same issues that all women have, yet some of us have tried the quick fix.Did it take care of the problem? Yes it did take care of the health issues they had at the time and the girls that had already changed their life style before the surgery kept the weight off and those that resorted back to bad habits put the weight back on. It is the same with women with eating disorders. They would get to a good place and then resort back to the disorder. Something has to change in the way you approach your life and how your body plays a part in it.
What is the reason some of us fail and others strive? Women who are happy and health are that way by choice. They chose to look for alternatives to support the life they want, they don't give up. Health is the number one thing on their list today and every day. Every choice they make is to support their health. Extra large women are taking charge of their health. Size does matter, and you can keep your curves, be large and in charge of your healthy life style.
Know your body and how it reacts to your life style. Ask these questions.
How do you sleep? Good or Bad
Do you wake up feeling refreshed? Yes or No
Are you tired throughout your day? Yes or No
Do you get enough exercise? Yes or No
Do you move for more than twenty minutes? Yes or No
How many times a week? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
How does your body react to the food you eat? Good or Bad
Are you tired all the time? Yes or No
Do you know what your cholesterol is? Yes or No
Do you know your blood pressure? Yes or No
Do you suffer from heart burn? Yes or No
Do you have depression? Yes or No
Are you under stress? Yes or No
Did you answer these questions honestly? Does the positive beat out the negative? I found that I needed to change things in my life so that I felt better. I wanted to feel as good without the hang over or the side effects from having to take medical treatments that included drug therapy. I did that route and I felt worse, so now I am changing the way I eat and the amount of sleep and exercise I get. I take supplements and get acupuncture and now I feel bad if I don't follow a program designed just for me. I feel that you are the only one that can change. There is no magic here you have to take charge and that starts by weighing the pros and cons of the life style you are living and if you see that what you're doing is not working you and you don't feel great in mind and body, change it. If you fail today put it behind you and start over at that moment, this is change and it will happen if you truly want it. Quick fix is just that it does not address how you got there to begin with. I tried many tools before I found the ones that work best for me.

Find ways to improve your health by look for answers everywhere and don't discount something because it's different. Science today has brought us supplements and diets that will support your health. Start feeling better than you have before so try a diet and product that support your body naturally, consider organic. I am a firm believer that when you put good in you get good out. By moving around you keeping flexible, your blood circulates and your body gets stronger you can fight off illness that come up and you feel good.
Know your body and work it nourish it and take care of it. I will always be an extra-large force in the life style that supports my health. I am in charge because I decided I want good health. I am ready for anything that comes my way because I am taking the time to start everyday with my health in mind. Not how it is failing me but how I can keep it strong so I can live health and happy.
